On the lookout

I keep seeing everything through the lens of who I am

And I can’t seem to be able to see the unlabeled You.

The You to whom my heart can fall apart to.

The You that feels much deeper than I do.

The You that exceeds the furthest boundaries of my reason.

The You to whom I cannot put language to.

So, I invite You here with me,

To show me Your humanity.

To let me feel how deep You feel

And unlock that part of me.

And I invite You here, today,

To wash my eyes of sufferings

And show me Your great sovereignty.

The God You are, that none has seen.

Show me Your uncharted territory.

Take me to that specific part of You,

That You have reserved just for me.

Where all my filters take the back seat

And I can see the You in me –

The wild heart that I am.

The explorer of the unknown.

The well deeper than the Earth’s core.

The spring and autumn, all in one.

And would You, please, show me

The Eye of Human History?

So that I can see it all unfolding

From The Originator’s perspective.

Let’s have a session one on one

And expand my mind so it can comprehend

The complexity of who You are.

And who I am.

And where we’re going.

And how we have no end –

Even though, I end and begin each day.

I end the me of yesterday,

Build upon that and begin a new me.

I metamorphose every few seconds

Which each decision that I make.

Would You, please, show me

What You have been trying to make me see

All my life here,

And I keep missing it?

I am listening.
